Kim Hanson grew up in Southern Minnesota and graduated from Blue Earth Area High School. She spent two years at Minnsota State University-Mankato before transferring to St. Cloud University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.
For the past 10 years, Kim Hanson’s career has spanned the areas of accounting, talent acquisition, training, and human resources. She’s a highly organized multi-tasker skilled at using HR functions to enhance employee engagement, strengthen career development, ensure compliance, and streamline operations. She has participated in leadership development programs through Triune Leadership Services and Willmar Area Lakes Chamber and is a committee volunteer and council member-elect at her church.
Kim and her husband, Caleb, have two children and a Golden Doodle named Tripp. She enjoys spending time outdoors on the lake, running, hiking, biking, and listening to live music.
